ROOFING

BUR
This type of roof has been used for many years and is beneficial when used on new construction projects or on existing buildings. BUR systems can be designed to be more durable when heavy foot traffic is expected.
Single-Ply (Thermoplastic) Heat Welded Membrane Systems.
Single-ply membranes like PVC, TPO and EPDM are light weight and can be an excellent option for reroofing projects. In addition to white, they are available in several colors. An evaluation of the building is required to make the proper recommendation for the application.

One of our primary goals is to help our clients get maximum return on their roofing investment. We do this by extending the life of their existing roof system through maintenance. This allows our clients to avoid a premature capital investment of reroofing. ACS provides a comprehensive roof report that details the visible conditions of the roof. If any problems are discovered, industry-approved solutions will be provided in the report. We also make recommendations regarding future inspections and maintenance programs to keep the roof in good condition.
