Keeping on top of your commercial roof can be a struggle, after all it may not be the first thing that you think about when you think about your property. We have worked with many property managers, HOA communities and apartment owners and each have had their own struggle maintaining their roof. Therefore, we have created our Differed Roofing program. Our program was designed to alleviate the stress and pressure of roofing maintenance.
What is a Deferred Roofing Program?
To explain our Deferred Roofing Program, we have divided it into three sections. These sections include the most important aspects for your commercial roof. Our team will meet with you and go over these three points and set up future plans, so you don’t have to. We will coordinate with you and your homeowners/ tenants while maintaining your budget.
Our company offers free roof inspections. We provide you with a detailed report of our findings and provide honest feedback of what actions to take next. We recommend an inspection twice a year.
Our project manager will work with you with you and your budget to schedule roofing maintenance when it is convenient for you and your homeowners/ tenants.

Scheduling future roofing inspections in advance can alleviate the stress of trying to remember when they should be scheduled. We will also talk about further steps in which we think you should take to maintain your roof (coatings, replacement, re-roofing etc.)
